I speak unto you this day and I say that there is power in true repentance, that is, the power of persuasion to stay My wrath, fury, and indignation against a people, tribe, or nation. When people will sincerely and deeply cry out to Me, I will not do evil against them. Rather, I will see that they are sorry for their sins and repent of the wrath I intended to bestow upon them.
Be aware that I see the sins of every man, woman, and child, and I do hold them accountable for those sins. However, when I send a messenger unto them to call them to repentance and they hear that call and obey the same, then I will forgive them.
Oftentimes, peoples are unaware that while I am the God of mercy, I am also the God of wrath, and that I will bring down My wrath, fury, and indignation upon them when their sins are a stench unto Me. It is truly a sad state of affairs that those who claim that they are My people imagine that they can continue in sin and do not need to repent, when oftentimes those who have not known me and are sinners will repent.
Why is it that those who are claiming to be My people are slow to repent and turn to Me, while those who are sinners will see that they are full of sinfulness and cry out in true repentance and be forgiven? It is because multitudes of those who are claiming to be Mine are only giving Me lip service, while their hearts are far from Me. They will go through religious routines and by the same believe that they are all right. However, because they keep themselves separated from Me, they do as they desire, not as I want them to do. I do not regard them as being in right standing with Me.
Most of the time, those who are claiming to be Mine while they have distanced themselves from Me inwardly will despise the true messengers who come forth, proclaiming that it is Me that they love and want to obey. Know that they do not love Me at all, for they are loving to go in the way that is far from Me and lusting for the wickedness of the world.
Of course, in their proud and calloused state of being, they believe that I am satisfied with their hypocritical offerings of rote religion. They are deceived by their own hearts, but I am not deceived by their shows of religiosity, as I see the same for what they are. For all of their pretentious behaviors, I am wearied with calling them to repentance, whereby they could and would know the power of true repentance. However, they do not cherish the standards of righteousness because they are under the covering of the sin-disease and are infected with desires that are deadly.
I do not want My people to be infected, contagious, and dying by their choices in opposition to Me because they have allowed themselves to get eyes full of adultery for the world and the ways of the heathen. If you consider how stupid it is before Me when people abandon My way to take up the way of death and damnation, how could I be impressed or pleased? I am not, and the time comes when I turn My wrath, fury, and indignation upon the ones who are claiming to be Mine while they live in sin. Then they will know that I am sorely displeased and disappointed with their disobedience and disrespect towards Me, My Son, My Spirit, and My messengers.
Do not ever believe that I the Living God am deceived. I am not, and all who are choosing to be losing will find themselves condemned by their choices, for they are full of wanton, wicked, and wild ways. Such ones as these will know the agony of My wrath against them, and by such knowledge they will come to recognize that without Me, they shall perish. However, most will not repent, because they are so deeply infected with the sin-disease that they cannot live without the same. Therefore, do not believe such ones when they try to make excuses for their own choices for destruction, death, and damnation, for they have no legitimacy in their justifications.
When anyone imagines that they can choose against Me repeatedly and I will keep forgiving them and loving them when they do not repent, they are deceiving themselves. They will not be forgiven when they are not truly repentant and are only putting on one more show, for their hearts are hard against Me. When I look down upon the sinners who truly repent as opposed to the religious who are full of themselves, I see how utterly ugly the latter are before Me and I leave them to their choices.
Know that I do not strive with people forever. I am the same God who sent the great flood, and I am the God who punished ancient Israel repeatedly for their choices to take up the gods of the heathen round about. Therefore, do not let anyone convince you that while they are living in sin, I am giving them favor. I am not; I am allowing them to run their course, and in the end they will face the damnation that comes to those who are guilty of abomination in My sight.
Reality is that I do not, now or ever, bless those who want their way above My way. They are the fools who repeatedly refuse true repentance and therefore will not experience the power that is found in true repentance. Instead, they will only add sin unto sin and seek to infect others with the same abominations that they themselves are in.
I do not want those who are in continual abominable practices and refuse to repent of the same to imagine that by such behaviors they are not obligated to change from their wicked ways. I hold in contempt those who have chosen their own destruction, death, and damnation, but I hold in love the ones who are truly repentant and know that they are forgiven through Jesus.
